Questions agencies ask

Is the virtual receptionist a person?

No. It is AI-powered and configured around the information your agency approves, such as your services, opening hours and qualifying questions.

Can I keep my existing website, number and customer database?

Yes. On a compatible website we connect agreed inquiry forms and add chat. Your receptionist has a dedicated number, and forwarding from your existing number depends on your phone provider. You do not need to move your existing customer records. Connections to other software, such as an agency management system, are confirmed case by case.

What happens if someone does not book or asks something it cannot answer?

Their details are saved and they can request a callback. Your team handles advice, quotes, coverage decisions and policy changes.

What happens to the included website if I cancel?

Hosting is included for your active paid service period. The included site goes offline when that service ends. Any domain you own separately stays yours.

What is the difference between The Essential and VIP?

The Essential handles and follows up with your existing inquiries. VIP adds seven published social posts total per week across LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook, and one Meta advertising campaign each month. Ad spend is separate.

What support is included?

Email support is available Monday to Friday, with an initial response within one business day. Both packages also include one receptionist refresh every three months to update agreed business information, approved answers or call questions.

What costs are additional?

The one-time setup fee ($299 The Essential, $599 VIP). Phone, messaging and applicable AI usage or registration charges. VIP advertising spend. We confirm the usage costs that apply to you before you buy.
